Felipe has been removed from San Diego's 40-man roster to make room for Preston Tucker.
Padres selected the contract of OF Preston Tucker from Triple-A El Paso; placed him on the 10-day injured list with right foot plantar fasciitis.
Tucker had an opt-out in his minor league contract looming, and the Padres didn't want to risk losing him to free agency. He'll presumably get a chance in San Diego once he's fully healthy again.
Jameson Taillon allowed four runs over 5 1/3 innings on Sunday in a loss to the Orioles.
Dean Kremer was charged with three runs (one earned) over five innings on Sunday in a win over the Cubs.
Félix Bautista fired a perfect ninth inning on Sunday against the Cubs to record his 19th save of the season.
Bautista got the call to protect a three-run lead in the final frame and needed just 10 pitches (seven strikes) to slam the door. He got Cody Bellinger and Christopher Morel to ground out before whiffing Tucker Barnhart to end the contest.
Mike Tauchmann belted a solo homer and also stole a base on Sunday in the Cubs' loss to the Orioles.
Tauchman has continued to provide a spark for the Cubs of late. He slugged a leadoff homer in the opening frame -- his first round-tripper of the season -- and also picked up a stolen base later in the contest.
Christopher Morel launched a two-run homer on Sunday in the Cubs' loss to the Orioles.
Morel electrified the Cubs faithful with a go-ahead homer in the fourth inning -- his 13th long ball of the season -- but Jameson Taillon and Chicago's bullpen were unable to hold the lead.
Giants recalled RHP Keaton Winn from Triple-A Sacramento.
Winn will be available out of San Francisco's bullpen for Sunday's series finale against the Dodgers and could wind up factoring into their pitching plans for Monday's contest agains the Padres with veteran starter Alex Cobb landing on the injured list with a left oblique strain. The 25-year-old righty made one relief appearance earlier this month for the Giants.
Ezequiel Tovar was removed from Sunday's contest against the Braves after his wife went into labor.
Happy Father's Day, Ezequiel. The 21-year-old rookie shortstop's wife went into labor mid-game, prompting him to leave the contest. He was 1-for-3 before leaving the contest. It's possible he'll wind up being placed on paternity leave on Monday.

Elledge was claimed off waivers last month from the Mets and has yet to make an appearance in the majors this season. He's been removed from Detroit's 40-man roster to make room for lefty reliever Anthony Misiewicz.

Misiewicz winds up with the Tigers after being designated for assignment earlier this week by the Diamondbacks. The 28-year-old lefty, who is a Detroit native, has made seven relief appearances this season in the majors. He'll head to Triple-A Toledo as extra organizational depth.
Bryce Harper is absent from the Phillies' lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Athletics.
It's a scheduled off day for Harper leading into next week's pivotal three-game series against the division-rival Braves.
Jorge López has been transferred from the restricted list to the 15-day injured list for mental health reasons.
López is apparently going to take some time away from the Twins to focus on his mental health. There is no timetable for his return.
Cristopher Sánchez (hand) is expected to make his next start on Friday.
X-rays came back negative for any fractures after Sánchez was struck by a comebacker during Saturday's outing against the Athletics. He's still dealing with a bit of residual left hand soreness on Sunday, but all indications are that he'll be ready to pitch on Friday against the Mets.
Twins placed RHP Jorge López on the restricted list.
No word yet on the reason for the move. Relief prospect Jordan Balazovic has been called up from Triple-A St. Paul in a corresponding move.

Balazovic gets the call to the majors ahead of Sunday's game against the Tigers with righty Jorge López landing on the restricted list. The 24-year-old former top prospect has converted to relief full-time this season and has ascended to the majors after posting a solid 4.79 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 50/21 K/BB ratio across 35 2/3 innings (14 appearances, three starts) this season for Triple-A St. Paul.
José Urquidy (shoulder) threw a 10-pitch bullpen session on Sunday.
It's a consequential development for Urquidy as it represents the first time he's been able to throw off a mound since landing on the injured list back in late April with right shoulder inflammation. He's still a ways off from returning to Houston's starting rotation, but this represents a step forward.
J.D. Davis (ankle) remains absent from the Giants' lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Dodgers.
Davis remains out of San Francisco's lineup for the fourth straight contest due to a low-grade right ankle sprain, but was able to come off the bench to deliver a pair of hits, including a grand slam, during Saturday's lopsided win over Los Angeles. He'll presumably be available off the bench to face a lefty at some point in this one.
Pirates placed LHP Jose Hernandez on the 15-day injured list with a right calf strain.
Hernandez will presumably undergo some testing to determine the extent of the injury, so we'll have to wait a bit to see exactly how long he'll be out. The 25-year-old southpaw made the Pirates' season-opening roster as a Rule 5 selection and has compiled a strong 2.63 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 28/6 K/BB ratio across 27 1/3 innings (26 appearances).
Chris Taylor (knee) remains absent from the Dodgers' lineup for Sunday's game against the Giants.
It'll be Michael Busch handling the hot corner on Sunday afternoon with Taylor getting another night off to rest and recover after suffering a right knee bone bruise during Friday's series opener against San Francisco.
